그래요.. 저는 성인여드름을 가지고 있습니다.. ㅡㅜ
여드름 졸업은 정말정말정말 어려운 과제라는걸 알았습니다. 어른이 되면(?) 여드름은 자연적으로 사라지는줄 알았더니 이거 뭐, 고등학생 시절보다 더한걸요.. 스트레스와 환경오염 음주가무(이건 좀 아닌데) 그리고 음식 조절실패 등으로 더 생기는가 봅니다. 그런 제 피부가 help를 외쳐서 검색을 하기 시작했습니다. 아.. 이 세가지중 뭐가 좋을까요...!?

지금껏 써보았던 썬크림을 급 정리해보고 싶어서 갑자기 분노의 구글링과 네이버질 중이다 -.-a

약 30년간 이것저것 많이 써보았는데 여드름 피부였던 나에게 썬크림은 필수품이 되었고, 구매를 할 때 항상 포인트로 주었던 점은.. 유분기가 없는지(끈적임이 없는지), 흡수가 빠른지, 그리고 썬크림 색상이 하얀색인지(황색은 왠지.. 싫더라공;;), 그리고 화장을 잘 안하지만, 화장을 했을때 밀리지 않는지.. 정도였던듯 하다. 

그 중 좋았던것 몇개를 추천해보면 크리니크, 디올, DDF의 썬프로텍터가 나름 괜찮았던거 같다.
제품 소개를 하기 전에 우선 왜 썬크림을 발라야 하는지, 자외선(UVA, UVB)에 대해 정리해보면..


자외선은 UVA와 UVB, 두 가지로 나뉘는데 UVB는 여름에 특히 강하며 선번, 홍반을 일으킨다. 우리가 흔히 아는 SPF지수는 UVB 차단지수다 . 그러나 UVB보다 20배 정도 더 강하고 피부에 해로운 UVA는 유리창을 통과함은 물론 피부 깊숙이 침투해 주름과 기미, 주근깨를 생기게 한다. 잡티는 물론 주름없는 건강한 피부를 간직하고 싶다면 A와 B를 동시 에 차단할 수 있는 자외선 차단 제품을 선택하는 것이 중요하다.

자외선 차단지수에는 크게 두 가지가 있다. 자외선 B 차단지수인 SPF/ 자외선 A 차단지수인 PA지수다.

SPF는 자외선에서 피부를 보호해 주는 정도를 수치로 표시한 것으로 서 아무 것도 바르지 않은 상태에서 자외선에 노출되었을 때 염증(홍 반)이 발생하는 시간은 평균 15~20분 정도다. 따라서 SPF가 1이면 15~20분 정도 자외선을 차단하는 것으로 볼 수 있다.

그러나 SPF 수치는 절대적인 것이 아니므로(피부색, 인종, 연령 등에 따라 다소 차이가 있으므로) 본인이 올바른 선택을 해 사용해야 한다 .

자외선 A 차단지수: PA+++는 PA+++로 표시됐으며 PA+, PA++, PA+++ 중 가장 높은 UVA 차단지수다.

예를 들어 SPF 40이란 선탠, 선번 효과를 주는 자외선 B를 차단해주는 지수며 태양에 자연상태로 노출되었을 때보다 자외선으로부터 40 배 더 보호된다.

아침에 한 번 발라 저녁 해 지기까지 8~10시간 동안 안전하게 보호 되며 자외선 양이 3~4배 강한 한국에서는 매일 40 정도의 제품을 바 르는 것이 안전하다.

자외선 차단지수는 바르는 양(도포량)에 따라 그 지수 정도의 효과가 현격하게 다르게 나타난다고 한다.
그러나 일반인들은 충분한 양을 바르지 못하기 때문에 매일 40 이상 의 자외선 차단 제품을 발라야 한다. 특히 해변가 등으로 여름 휴가 를 떠난다면 2시간마다 다시 발라주는 것이 좋다.


더 자세히 UVA와 UVB를 구분지어 설명해보자면.. (네 선생에게 물어 종합했습니다 ^^)

 - UV중 빛의 파장이 가장길어 피부 진피층까지 침투하여 콜라겐과 엘라스틴을 파괴
 - 피부 건조, 노화를 유발
 - 점진적인 색소침착(Sun tan)을 발생시킴
 - PA(Protection Grade of UVA)로 표기
 - PA+++는 +하나마다 2배를 의미 ex) PA+ 는 PA보다 2배, PA++는 4배 PA+++는 8배
 
2) UVB는..
 - 색소 침착과 기미의 원인
 - 피부가 붉어지거나 물집이 생기는 sun burn을 유발
 - SPF (Sun Protection Fator)로 차단지수 표기.
 - SPF 1 은 10분, SPF 50 은 500분 즉 8시간 이상의 차단 효과를 나타냄.
 - 자외선 양, 강도가 급증하는 3월부터는 최소 SPF 35 이상을 발라주어야 함.
 - 연중 자외선이 강한 8월에는 SPF 50 이상을 바라줘야 함.
